Q: How do I unlock all features?
A: You can unlock all features for a state with a one-time purchase of $3.99 per state through the App. The first 14 questions for each state are available for free to try. You only pay for the states you need to test in.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Refund requests must be handled through Apple's App Store refund process. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Q: How do I reset my progress?
A: You can reset all your progress in the App Settings. Go to Settings → Reset Progress. This will clear all your statistics, bookmarks, and mistake history.
Q: Does the app require an internet connection?
A: No! CDL Prep Pro works completely offline. All questions and content are stored locally on your device. You can practice anywhere, anytime.
Q: Is this app affiliated with any state DMV?
A: No. CDL Prep Pro is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Department of Transportation (DOT), or any government agency.
Q: How do I change my state?
A: You can change your state at any time in the App Settings. Go to Settings → Change State and select the state you're preparing for.
Q: What iOS version do I need?
A: CDL Prep Pro requires iOS 16.0 or later. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Q: I found a bug. How do I report it?
A: We appreciate your help! Please contact us via email at support@mybestdmv.top with a description of the bug, your device model, and iOS version. We'll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
