Q: How do I unlock all features?
A: You can unlock all features with a one-time purchase of $3.99 through the App. The first 14 questions are available for free to try.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Refund requests must be handled through Apple's App Store refund process. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Q: How do I reset my progress?
A: You can reset all your progress in the App Settings. Go to Settings → Reset Progress. This will clear all your statistics, bookmarks, and mistake history.
Q: Does the app require an internet connection?
A: No! Wyoming DMV Prep works completely offline. All questions and content are stored locally on your device. You can practice anywhere, anytime.
Q: Is this app affiliated with the Wyoming DMV?
A: No. Wyoming DMV Prep is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), Wyoming Department of Motor Vehicles, or any government agency.
Q: How do I change my license type?
A: You can change your license type at any time in the App Settings. Go to Settings → Change License Type and select your new license type.
Q: What iOS version do I need?
A: Wyoming DMV Prep requires iOS 16.0 or later. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Q: I found a bug. How do I report it?
A: We appreciate your help! Please contact us via email at support@mybestdmv.top with a description of the bug, your device model, and iOS version. We'll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
