All purchases and payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store payment system using StoreKit, Apple's in-app purchase framework. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not process payments directly and never receive your payment information. All billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

19.3 Compliance with App Store Terms

You must comply with the App Store Terms of Service when using the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to provide any services related to the App.
